Coach Farm Delivery

We just received a new shipment of Coach Farm Cheeses. This shipment is four ounce fresh goat medallions and four ounce aged goat cones with green peppercorns. These are delivered from the farm direct to us - so there's no distributor lag to affect freshness!

Tonight and Saturday we are featuring the fresh medallion with my Barcelona Red Sauce (roasted red peppers, tomato sauce, tomatillions, garlic, cilantro and other spices) as an appetizer with crostini.
